Many of the ports' suppliers are already in the process of taking major steps of change to go from being pure oil and gas service companies to becoming energy service companies that also supply and develop for the renewable investments in the Lister region, nationally and internationally. In particular, there is a significant need for land and requirements to handle larger constructions. For example, within the offshore wind investment, where the need for land will be precarious in terms of installation, intermediate storage, maintenance, etc.
